The location of this place was perfect, as it was near the main market and the beautiful lake. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was luxurious, with all the amenities I could ask for. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The free Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi. From the convenient location to the exceptional service, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations.

Liked the buffet breakfast and the comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near government ministries. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is strong and reliable, and gym facilities are available for guests to use. A pick-up service from the airport is offered.

Dislikes catered for tour groups extensively, which can make the breakfast area busy and crowded at times. Tour groups often take priority attention from staff, but single travelers may have a difficult time receiving the same level of customer service.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the gym on the top floor, were all in great condition and available for use. The hotel staff deserves a special mention, as they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was also perfect for me, as it was close to the Old Quarter and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Moreover, the breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed every bite.

Spent my thanksgiving in this hotel and it was alright. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent enough and provided us with the necessary energy for the day. The hotel’s gym had everything we needed for a quick workout. Plus, the hotel’s location was great as it was just a stone’s throw away from the government offices and ministries.

The room was a bit lacking. There were limited shelves in the bathroom which made it inconvenient to put our toiletries.
